who makes the more reliable, faster engines , can a sr18 beat a b18 can a sr20 beat a b20 pls class technology of each (eg) n/a , stock , turbo , vtec , vvl.............. which road to take

B18C DOHC VTEC > SR18+SR20 DE (NOT DET)

no way a SR anything beatin a B18C (non-turbo)

reliablibity goes to Honda...

NA Honda engines > NA Nissan engines

a sr20 is still not goin to beat a b20/vtec
i suggest if u goin FWD go honda
RWD go nissan but turbo though....

if honda is soooooooooo greater and faster than a nissan then why dont guys with liberos whose engins are same in bolt direction as civics or any other car as a matter a fact do conversions from their engines to nissan engines.

and dont tell meh parts cheap cause the so-called performance and speed and all that shiet of a honda engine should be worth it.

well i know ah lil thing about cars and thing buh ppl who have honda like to say they will beat any other type but i think ah Sr does really perform and just wanna know what trinituner car owners have to say and i said ( cc must be equal and head technology must be the same (vtc)

the b16a is not so hot cause i run a few and imho the qg1.5 is way faster :mrgreen:

boy i can only talk from wat i see,,
i see some honda's run an some nissan run, i'm a nissan man down to the end.
i believe honda HAD the advantage of the VTEC but i see some VVL's puutin down some sweet cut-a$$ on then honda boys....
i guess its a different type of ppl drive different cars- nissan ppl humble an reserved & Honda ppl does refer to their car as "meh Honda" whenever they talkin( a more pappy show behaviour)

but this is all based on my experiences....
i saw this on tuner once: " If NISMO stands for nissan motorsports, what does HOMO stand for?".... :lol:
