If i'm not mistaken and it's the person i think your referring to,the Ghost is his,he also has a blue PCZ Bentley Continental GT,saw them both at his business place few weeks back! But not sure about the Phantom..

Wouldn't that mean there are 3 Phantoms then? Unless you're confusing a phantom with a ghost (no pun intended).

AFAIK - one series 1 phantom (silver) from valsayn
one series 2 phantom (blue) also from E-W corridor
one Ghost (white), see it around the Endeavour road area, PCB ****

as long as criteria is simply water contained within the perimeter of the body, then there are acutally one or two eligible.
