Well someone would have to prove that the victim was in the 'right'.
Running across that part of the highway, at night, without reflective safety clothing is really taking a big big risk. You can't even say you'll look for lights from cars as some have only one headlight working and sometimes it is difficult to determine the speed of a vehicle approaching by just glancing at the oncoming lights.

3.4L naturally aspirated boxer 6 and about 350hp if it's base. I'm guessing it would be around 1 million base?

From the information I know, he is planning to sell it. Not sure of the price, might find out by Tuesday.
