i would suggest you start by replacing all the bushings on the car first, shocks and springs. believe me the springs may not seem bad but 30yr old steel is not a good thing

speed, projects take time & money & being a young person money might not be always readily available, so therefore when money comes, you should spend it wisely! With that said i'll source parts & store them, you should make a personal checklist of IMPORTANT parts needed & work on getting them! when you've gotten all, then & only then you begin installing

Mr. Red Sleeper, was the firewall cut to install the l28 ? if its a proper install and body is decent (VERY LITTLE OR NO filler at all, same for rust) then thats not a bad price.
