that Datsun would make an amazing restoration but you'd have to get it for $0-5k, because it will not be cheap to restore properly

I bet an Aussie would buy that for big money as is. 20k isn't ridiculous for what it is especially with the resurgence of jdm classics fetching a pretty penny

In Australia et al.........YES!

Here in Trini where there is no support for a vehicle of this age/model..pffft

Try media blasting it and see whats left, then consider everything has to be replaced.
In better condition, yes it looks like a neat project.

Should I contact the owner and give him my advice on how to go about this project?

din expect five to be suffering from Barrett-Jackson syndrome
when you look at those crisp speedhunters cars, the basis of each one is a solid shell, not a rusty colander, so I disagree with five's take on value based on JDM nostalgia...it doesn't apply across the board

I'd pay 10-12 just out of respect for its weirdness, but mos def not 20k
I really love it but not for that kinda paper
maybe suited for someone who will patch it up and drop in an SR20 DET

20 eh ridiculous considering what it is it's not like he say 50k for it hence why I said it not a terrible price especially considering it looks more or less intact with all the glass and lights and seats

Wheeler dealers did an episode on the Minor estate. Teak sounding much better to use, but u gonna need a real craftsman to redo the wood trim

Not sure what year exactly, a 70's Mustang. Use to see it all the time in Chaguanas but was never able to stop and take a picture. Glimpsed it this time parked in a compound off the CHR. Please excuse the blurriness it was taken hurriedly through a tinted window.
