I jus took some pics of the complete Engine, tranny, transfer case setup for the jeep today, before dropping the 1,200 LB lump back in.

Man, after working under this jeep since I was a child, even I was even surprised at how long the thing was completely assembled.

Ah feel, more than the length you'd have to study the weight :idea:

u mean a CA18 Yeo? lol came in the 180sx and 200sx but thats a 4cyl nissan engine.

8 plug means V8 :)
so wtf is ca20

W2J had a RWD lancer wid one of those engines for sale about 7 years ago.. (not sure if it was the same type of engine but was an 8-plug 2 litre engine)

ca20 is the 8 plug engine that came in the bluebird, laurel, meadalist, silvia,sentra, stanza and a few more. its not very popular, the 2.0. there are alot of ca18, 8plug turbo out there and even ca16 too, this is the same block as the ca18de i believe eh. now there is the z-series of engines, both 4 and 8 plug in both 1.8 and 2.0l, but z is chain drive while th ca is belt driven.all these engines came both carb and fuel inj.
is ah real rare engine eh, ppl only know bout ca18 :evil:
the engine pullin ok in the car eh, is carb tho, so i lookin for ah good webber tuh put on it. ill try tuh get some pics and put them up. :mrgreen:
