okkkk....men start to tote feelings an lif up dey skirt to c wat under d hood....back to d tred....padna both are good cars.but if yuh doh want to b in d bamboo every other week keep d vic,its also more fun to drive.D altis in some ppl's mind it has a more comfitable ride.....could b true....

Actually, the altis wont get left out. You need to consider torque as well, the corolla making more torque and making it considerably lower down the rev range than the civic, this translates into better off the line acceleration for the altis.I dont know the curb weight on them either, but i know the civic has a multi link rear suspension and the corolla has a torsion beam, ie, better high speed stability for the civic.

Reliability however,goes to the corolla.

OP a three year difference in age if you decide to keep either for a sustained period would play a big part in upkeep and maintenance, the corolla for age, reliability, ride quality, resale value and fuel efficiency.

corolla, all the way. civics are pretty nice, but they dont stand up to trini roads like the corollas do.
