And remember the crowns were a chassis off car, you couldve pulled the body off.

^ i know about the chassis but 'p' is old. i think that was before the 50's or probably earlier. some old photos i saw on tuner with 'p' cars with 2 or 3 digits were like old chevys and fords etc. i dont think crowns could be that old but i stand to be corrected on all counts.

http://www.trinituner.com/v3/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=269027&hilit=old+pictures

think a crown would look funny in those pics.

* just re-read the thread and it seems cars were re-registered with older plates more recently so the crown is definitely possible and legal. would still look funny amongst those cars

you used to be able to re register a car once it was off the road for more than 5 years with any plate once it was available (dont know if this is still the law)

Elephant walk was the man who had all the whorehouse with colombian girls. The crown,P 46 was the old Bas panday's.in those days once you had the right contact you could get an old number registered on your car.

Yuh need to tell the story right... Elephant Walk was a ex police who moved to Canada, them returned to Trinidad and opened 21- The whore house of all whore houses!

Robert, what became of the pink 57 that was parked on next to the dentist on El Socorro? I think Blues sold it to a guy there
