What we have come to know on both sides of the Atlantic as the Infiniti EX will be arriving in Japan this summer as the Nissan Skyline Crossover. The Crossover will be the latest addition to the Japanese market Skyline family which also includes the Infiniti G sedan- and coupe-based models. Just like the European version of the EX, the JDM Skyline Crossover will be equipped with Nissan's 3.7-liter VQ37VHR V6 engine mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission with a manual shift mode. The all-new Skyline Crossover will be showcased at Nissan Galleries in Japan starting April 18, 2009.

And before some noob-dunderhead jumps up and says that ain't no skyline....keep in mind....your beloved R35 is just a "GTR" (no longer carries a Skyline name to it)......and the "Skyline" name now is reserved for a series of less extreme sedans, coupes, and now, a crossover.

Skyline Festival - Nostalgics
24th July 2010
The Nissan Skyline Festival was held at Fuji Speedway earlier this month and we managed to attend, battling the extremely humid rainy season and eventually downpour that ended the day.
There was a huge turn out of Skylines of all generations from perfect original Hakosuka to the latest R35 GTR Spec V!
The most memorable moment of the day - just after 3pm, the heavens opened and there was a mad scramble as many owners dashed for the exists. Keep reading for our first post covering the many nostalgics on show.
Hosted by the Nostalgic Car Show group, the nostalgics dominated the festival and we wanted to share some of the photos that turned out ok in the complete cloud cover and humid conditions. Hakosuka and Kenmeri fans were sure in for a treat - the sound of the cars on the track was incredible!
