Was an FP HTA 71 turbo that i modified using the MAP EF 4 compressor wheel and the FP Black Turbine wheel. Turbolabs of america did the rebuild and balance.

Yeah guy, car looks good also.

Some specs on the turbo

This is the second turbo that turbolabsofamerica did for me.

Same size Turbine wheel as the MAP EF4/FP Black TD06H4R 58mm x 67mm.
Compressor wheel installed Reverse scroll Billet 60.25mm x 83mm. (extended tip)
The compressor wheel is 1mm bigger on the inducer and exducer compared to the FP Black.

Samco water hoses ( Might only be using about 5 pieces)
Image

Torque Solution Motor Mounts (Gearbox and Timing Belt side)
Had to do over the pin, it came too short for the mount, so i will be machining new ones for both sides.
Image

Catback Exhaust ( Like it because of the twin resonators)
Image

Oil for break in, diff, TC Gearbox.

Had some work done this week
1) Changed all 4 ABS Sensors
2) Replaced AYC Diff, the existing one had a cracked housing.
3) Connected all wiring and harness back
4) Installed intercooler and piping
5) With this new intake manifold had to get some tees for all the vacuum hoses
6) So all fuel connections complete, installed the fuel pressure regulator and all lines

Also got some stuff
MAP O2 eliminator
Image
Image
Image
Had to re-route my wideband sensor because the bung was located in a different spot

Filled engine oil using the break in oil
Need to fill the Gearbox, transfer case and diff
I bought the ATF SP111 fliud to fill the bleed the AYC-ACD system, just need some info on how to do that.
Also need some info on eliminating the PCV valve and whats the purpose for the three ports on top of the throttle body.

Very nice progress. Just a heads up: I also run the torque solution mounts and the vband MAP o2 eliminator (albeit the recirculated setup as I don't want the car too loud). Be careful with the nuts they supply to bolt the o2 housing to the turbo...this combination ended up coming loose twice for me causing an exhaust leak. The first time they were just loose, the second time one of the nuts fell out completely! We suspect the vibration caused by the ts mounts combined with the crappy nuts they supplied caused this....I recommend changing the nuts and using self locking washers to make sure it seals tight. Since doing this it has yet to come loose and I've been checking it every week for the past few months.

Hi guys,

The brake booster issue was fixed. i used 90 deg elbows to channel them away. Will post pics later.

Thanks R.Mutt. the nuts supplied really look cheap. Will look into changing them out.

Now for my Problem, The past three days i have been trying to start the car, i'm getting a very weak tumble( i have a new battery, proper wires and everything). After fiddling around i started playing with the timing. I had it 3.75 DEG advanced and sluggish tumble with the occasional backfire. Advanced it to 6 DEG and it started and idled well but not completely. Will have to do some more research.

If someone can help please feel free to chime in.

What injectors are you on?
What afr are you seeing at idle?

Could be an injector scaling and/or latency issue.

Also what's your fuel pressure?

U say it is weak... is the engine turning freely if you use the power wrench to crank it?

Update- Timing was perfect, I put the cam setting at 3.75 advanced on both cams. But the CAS was wrong sided. The exhaust cam has two sets of slots but i remembered reading this somewhere that the larger vane should be to the right side of the dowel pin and should face down/right at about a 45 deg angle when the dowel pin is straight up. So that's what i did and the car started with one turn. Man these cams are aggressive!!!

Original seats or knock-offs? It no matter as I don't mind rocking the knock-offs as the quality is quite good.

My Backseat
kinda looks OK

Have my door panels scrapped and apart. Was thinking about removing the top part and using carbon fiber and putting the BRIDE on the cloth part.
