good to see there's another FD RX7 wit a V8 swap locally..mine has a 350ci SBC, TH400 tranny, shift kit, upgraded clutches, holley 850 dominator, MSD streetfire ignition, edelbrock high rise intake manifold, high compression pistons (10.5:1 compression), 4 bolt main, moroso half race roller rockers etc etc..currently trying to make my 'cowl hood' so i can drive it on the streets and fighting with traction issues (no power steering at present)

you can run the mazda p/steering pump. modified mine to bolt to engine with a bracket for both a/c compressor & p/s pump. do you have the manual transmission from the rotary engine. are you still using the torque arm.

this has a better engine audio . when he pulls up and the engine idles you can hear the air intake air rushing and the overlap of the camshaft.

my car came factory auto and stilll is auto (TH400 3-speed tranny) using the standard FD shifter..still using the torque arm, had to modify it to work though.

would love to see a pic of your p/s pump and compressor setup or even check it out in person as it was my plan to get these things installed before february..

i've never launched mine..so thats probably why it never broke but it did get twisted two times and had to be replaced..i would love to post such specs abt the engine i got but it was basically built already when i got it..previous owner had it in a race boat then a kingswood wagon before i bought it and got it overhauled..it's said to have around 600HP but i really dunno..

where you from man?..would love to check out the brackets to finish up my engine bay..
