Looks good! Honda claimed they bench-marked the BMW X3 with this vehicle.

Interior of the CRV looks premium. From the panoramic sunroof come straight down. Nicely designed. Heard the driver said he felt some serious power even though it was driven for a short distance from carrier to storage park.

New X3 coming out in a few months.

I'm wondering if they're bringing in the CRVs with 1.5 turbo and/or the 7 seater version.

Sales person said its the 1.5 turbo ... did'nt say anything about the 7 seats tho.
Again take this with a grain of salt ... its the salesman info.

No. Slight acceleration 30kph max. Strict speeding restrictions are enforced when offloading vehicles.

New Vehicle Prices In Trinidad & Tobago

Postby agent007 » September 27th, 2017, 8:17 am

I understand that there would be a grand launch of the CRV at end of October and was told prices would be released then. In the meanwhile they seem to be selling off the old stock at discounted prices so I was unable to confirm the $345k.

I received info from a staff member who preferred not to be identified (again I'm not sure why the big secret) who revealed that the all new CRV comes with the 1.5T engine but it is 2WD / FWD not 4WD or AWD for a price of $375-379k. The staff member said further info will be coming soon and couldn't say more.

Hey guys collected the wife's new city on Saturday. First impressions so far is pretty good. Inside is spacious, but kinda cheap in the quality of plastics, seats are comfy and seem to be of good materials, driving experience is ok.
Car is definitely not a sports car but feels solid and pretty stable on the road. Tires could have been a little wider, it's 175 Bridgestone. All in all pretty satisfied so far. It's my first new car so taking it in. Btw. Thinking about paint protection. Any options and reviews are appreciated and also feel free to ask any questions on the city.

New Vehicle Prices In Trinidad & Tobago

Postby agent007 » October 2nd, 2017, 6:36 pm

Question to all:

Concerning the taxes on the hybrids now using the Xtrail as an example, would you rather buy the Hybrid at $403k at the alternative dealer or the fully loaded 5 seater non-Hybrid one from Massy at same $403k or cheaper? This is just a guess as it may not turn out to be so but just for argument sake, would you?

It means the only desirable or affordable hybrids would now be:
Toyota: Aqua, Axio, Fielder (all 1.5 Hybrid)
Honda Fit 1.3 Hybrid and Honda Vezel 1.5 Hybrid
Hyundai Ioniq/Kia Niro 1.6 hybrids because they're all less than 1600cc

Any hopes of owning the Prius, Axela, Accord, Xtrail, Serena, Voxy or even the 330e, 530e, C350e, E350e and X5 40e hybrids are now officially over.

Correct me if I got wrong info here guys, thanks.

So the vehicle that made the segment does not get tax exemptions. The Prius now does not fall into colms approved list of hybrids.

The stupidity continues

Wet foot Grenadian up there ...

Hybrids are disposable .. Except CNG ones

Hybrids is not about any " Green Movement " in TT ..

It is about removal of fuel subsidy ..
