I beg to disagree with acesinghit though. The new a4 has been getting stellar reviews all over in comparison to the c class and 3 series. Some reviews go as far to say that this model may very well be the new benchmark.

Do have the spec sheet for the local A4? Haven't managed to get hold of it.

The A4 is boring both inside and outside.... cannot be compared in design to the current C Class or the previous model for that matter.

To pay that much money simple things as LED should be standard. The non euros are giving more value for money right now without the reliability issues

Led headlights are not simple though. Who has led headlights as standard in this pricepoint?

Bixenon used to be the optional headlights and now they are the new basic. I could understand if one was upset at not getting bixenon headlights as standard but the A4 comes with them.

The C class comes with LED headlights standard spec. Unless you specifically ask to build one without LED headlights from factory.
The Honda HRV I think brings LED headlights as standard. The new civic as well but that's not in our market yet. I think. I may be wrong. The 2016 Subaru Wrx had LED headlights as well. There are others, just can't think of anything else right now
The new A4 got really high reviews though. Interior wise is probably on par with the C class some reviewers claim. I have yet to see the a4 cabin in person but the c class interior still amazes me up till this afternoon. Really like the ambient lighting as well in it.. The way the headlights and DRLs fade on and off; all those little things like that make the c class 'class' difficult to beat. So saying the a4 interior is as good as the c class is a huge claim in my book.
Driving dynamics were significantly improved and said to be almost as good as the 3 series.
Saw a spec sheet for the a4 somewhere about. When I find it I'll upload it here.

Nah HRV high end model has the LED lights ... low end has regular halogens.
Also when I spoke to the subi sales guy he said bi xenon's on the WRX.

Audi's tend to have the best interiors. The clean lines with modern minimalist styling beats the competition. The infotainment systems are sophisticated but much easier to use as well. This new A4 looks like the same design language. Doubt they can top BMW in driving dynamics with a front wheel drive car.

New Vehicle Prices In Trinidad & Tobago 2016

Postby scotty_buttons » March 14th, 2016, 3:06 am

That's odd. I have the local spec sheet and brochure somewhere. They had LED headlights as standard for the WRX. And I asked sales guy to confirm and he said yea.. :?

The A4 interior did impress..however things were missing such as the rear passenger climate control..the digital dash and only 17 inch rims for that price..I won't doubt it's the engine tax driving the price up..but it's bringing it too close to higher classes at the that price range to be competitive

Both the previous generation A4 and to be updated Q5 are definitely looking dated in their cabins. So the update is very welcome and does indeed look very nice.

The A4 spec looks disappointing as I love car tech and the A4 has a lot of tech available from what I see in the reviews. Though what I imagine is going to happen is they are going to offer a high spec A3 to fill the gap and/or bring the 1.4T for the A4 providing similar power to the previous 1.8T to compete with the C180 & 316i.

What tech would you guys want included that you see in A4 sold abroad? Let's make a spec list then compare prices to what we get here. No, don't use the US website.

A disposable SUV with a bargain basement tyre brand. Seems like a legit combination to me.

I'm not much of a KIA fan but what makes it a disposable SUV?

Don't like the new front grille area of the Sportage . Looks out of place and why is there a line under neath? N.B I am no car expert.

A lot of y'all are mixing up led DRL's with LED headlights ..... My 2 cents. LED headlights are usually an option and only standard on fairly expensive cars.

So basically the only car offering LED headlights is the Audi A4. All the other cars mentioned have LED DRLs.
