Learners /provisional permit help...

Can I drive on the road with a provisional permit , I've read the regulation on it , but don't understand if I need the two L plates on the front and back of the vehicle ? Can I drive with my parents ?
thanks tuners. Any idea where I Can get L plates

You can drive with a driver of 2 years or more experience seated besides you.
You may not drive on the highway and other specific roads (cant remember the others) no you don't need L

You need an "L" for a provisional driver to be on the road.
