I had that experience in Kia the other say. Spend 20 mins just trying to get a sales rep to give me info

You know how disenchanted a customer can get in 20 minutes?? We'll visit our respective financial institutions, put things in order as customers and potential buyers..and all they need to do is their job..ok yes, as we say your vehicles sell themselves..but they could at least pretend to be interested in your business..no one begs to spend their hard-earned dollar..and what Trinis fail to acknowledge is, good customer service..pre, during and post..speaks volumes and carries you a long way..

Lmaooo..organise financing for a test drive?? One like me, would have called my financial institution, let the sales rep hear from my loans officer that I've been approved for the vehicle loan of $xxx,000 and then walk out on him/her or ask for another rep..
ABA- was your experience with Ford in South?? I'm thinking about purchasing either a Hilux or a Ranger in the near future based on expert advice..now Toyota is Toyota eh, but I'm leaning towards the Ranger for its looks as well the rep in souths' service as compared to Toyota's, or the lack thereof..

On a side note, i'd really like to know what car dealerships I can go to in Trinidad to actually get good after sales service. The only place i've heard consistent good reviews on is lifestyle motors, Ansa Mcal seems to be so so. I just had a horrible experience in servicing a mercedes c180 this past thursday with Sterling Motors and would NEVER recommend Sterling to anyone. Maybe other people have had a different experience with their service but i'm totally dissatisfied. Cheers
While I would not say my experiences with Sterling is"Horrible" it is enough for me to investigate other 'service' providers and maybe a change of brand....gotta love that benz feel though...

After having to change engine mounts at 50K kms amongst other things, i'm not loving that benz feel like you are. I'm looking for a BMW or Porsche feel now. Any BMW experiences anyone?
Well it went somewhat like that. The approval was sent to SS. Soon after I got in contact with the rep from south. I had to call SS in pos and cancel.
Got a call from the rep in pos about ten minutes after and I told him why I cancelled and that I was buying from south. This idiot asking if the south guy did a better job than him. Neither of them had to do much. I saw the car a month earlier and told him I'll contact him in a month because I'm buying the car.
His excuse was that they didn't have a car available to test at that time. If that was true I would have accepted that and still buy the car because when I picked up my car was the first time I drove one.
