I have only seen that flap in the RWD Neo for the cruze control.Mine only came with one flap for the tb, im using the original tps.

At the time I had install it in my car gettin someone to wire it was a lil problem but after all I got it wukin n was real impress with the performance

Alot of fly by electricians cannot wire a NEO,i experienced that the hard way A clown from Princess Town Blowed my NEO brain due to wrong wiring!
