.....due to the GDI concept, that's why.

....but chris, from ah GDI owner like myself.....put yuh money elsewhere. is not meant to be ah performance car and to do so will require ah engine swap.

check yuh budget first and see so far yuh willing to go stretch, then make yuh choice, cause in know yuh car eh go be stock for long.

Chris check TTMA Bldg by Maritime when yuh passing on that side it have a black turbo version to this wagon , ah know yuh like yuh speed so that may be the best option for you in that this GDI engine is Turbo and could take mods , when you buy the normal GDI 4G93 , it is the engine that the Galant comes with which is a new Technology , most mechanics do not know much about them and the Comp Ratio is very high 12:1 so mods is very limited and I would think you would look for a car that has the potential for upgrades , the stock version do not give you these options

Bro- in - law has one of these - Cedia wagon -1800cc , tiptronic, full time 4wd etc.
Transmission gave out 6 mths ago and he & Carolina Motors haven't been able to get a replacement since !!

Bottom line - nice car Pallie but think about availability of parts !
