I also hav a r11. How do i get those? Is necessary to remove da head light from da seal to fix those?

Yes the headlight needs to be heated and the lens removed. Projector is fitted and the light resealed. These projectors are made to be retrofitted within the headlights do there is no cutting or heavy modifications.
