Agreed! IMHO, you should update the listing to what's relevant for 2014 onwards. This should give you the opportunity to 'clean up' the listing. If a brand/model is discontinued there's no point in carrying it is there?

007, I'll inbox you the info for Chevrolet, Suzuki, Porsche, Jeep and Mahindra this week.

Thanks norstar.

As for these brands,
Ssang Yong, Skoda, Fiat, Jeep, Mahindra and Great Wall I still feel their future is not 100% solid at the moment. Think when last you actually saw a brand new vehicle from them locally especially Fiat and Ssang Yong?

Fail list to be updated:
Daihatsu
Peugeot
Renault
Opel
Vauxhall
Seat
Proton
MG
Rover
Daewoo
Citroen
Holden
LADA
TATA
Hillman

What about Hino Trucks, DFM trucks, Go Now Troy pickups and FOTON REX trucks? lol

I am adding this test drive of the Audi A3 Sedan which is expected locally, however note the vid is in Korean and the vehicle is left hand drive other than that it supposed to be the same package that would be available locally in the 2.0TDI or so I'm told. Still waiting for pricing and options.

Not really but it surprisingly utilizes the torque curve very efficiently. It was designed to keep the revs as low as possible in relation to your throttle input that's how I see the CVT. It is not a performance oriented setup like the dsg. sorry about the tardy response but the ban was my first so the beat up was strong..

hard luck dey de boss , but guess you live and you learn. question about the a3 sedan though to me its just slightly smaller than the a4 so price comes into question? im not sure theres gonna be a big market for it if its too close to the price of the a4 so im guessing they may leave it at the 300 k like the sportback? maybe 315 k at most? its a nice option in the lineup should be aimed at maybe the younger market?

They'll just raise the price of the A4 and bring in the A3 in close to what they previously sold the A4 at.

I doubt. The A4 competes against the C and 3 series. They won't raise prices unless the competitors generally raise theirs. The A3 will slot in below the A4 as there is a gap to be covered price wise.

Was told that new model C class going to raise by almost 100k... CLA will replace the C Class in that price category. Audi might follow the same with the A3

I'm guessing that's in the local market the person I had the benefit of speaking to stated that the A3 sedan is supposed to remain in the same segment as today's A3,the sedan was designed due to consumers asking for a vehicle the same size and price as the A3 but not in a hatchback styling its supposed to be at aimed at young professionals but he also said that about the A5.
Our local market is different to theirs so let us see what SS does with pricing, availability and trims.

If they keep the A3 sedan on or around 300 k they in business. But they cant price it too much over that. As someone mentioned the new c-class from most of the reviews ive read that new c-class is more or less a smaller s-class which is a bit scary to say the least. As a result the local benz dealers will use that as the reasoning behind raising what i think is an already inflated price imo. But you cant argue with a small s-class :)...they should drop the price of the cla too...370 k is a bit much for a small coupe sedan but hey what do i know...that new a-class is sweet though...like a coupe wagon ..:D

Renaldo25,I have to agree the new A Class is really nice, looking forward to driving a AMG A45 later this year a friend in England purchased one recently, which has me looking forward to that trip even more according to him the power and the chassis is amazing.

Was told the same. And I expect the A4/A3 to follow the same pricing.

A class is quite nice in most ways, but is a bit uncomfortable. Ride quality is unrefined, especially bad since it's Merc.

My audi salesperson told me that they were soon bringing the A3 sedan, most likely to be priced in-between that of the A3 sport back and the A4 at around $325k for the 1.8TFSI engine.
Also as i'm considering buying an audi I thought i should ask about reliability of the audis and southern sales customer service

Audis are pretty reliable, Southern Sales service sucks though...they don't do justice to the brand.

Yes the POS SS is a lot better than the South branch....but still below the required standard. Richmond Motors service has always been excellent...it was the best thing to happen to BMW when it switched hands from SS. Yes you pay more at Richmond for everything, but service, after sales support are excellent.....Ansa Mcal can't go wrong

(8) 2014 Mazda 3's on the port right now. Southern sales are having an open house on 15th of February to unveil them (test drives etc)
3 different trims levels
Base sedan
Higher spec Sedan
and 5 door Hatch

from what I heard price starts at 210 - 212k for base models (a little on the high side in my opinion). No word on 2.0L or 2.5L models yet
