the repairers are saying that the replacement doors that they r getting now are less sturdy than the originals.. and in most cases its better 2 repair using thicker gauge material...well depending on the door so its good 2 check out the quality of the door b4 u shell out d $$$$$ of course from the straighteners stand point its easier to replace a door than build 1....ill look out for doors 4 u

The doors aren't bad. Just a little swelling going on at the bottom.

Isn't a sirius 2000 just a 63t?
I have one and I just need the DOHC head, front accessories and 16 valve pistons

Aren't all the 2000cc 4G63 blocks are mostly the same?
So doesn't have to be only sirius. even L200 (4G63B) is close.

G63B/Sirius/4G63 is the same block
4G63 DOHC head fits, early ones have same head gasket. Later ones (Evo 7 up) need some water holes blocked
Early Galant VR4 pistons are a direct fit to G63B conrods, Evo pistons need to be machined 1mm.

The bellhousing pattern can be different. Narrow vs Wide
