always wondered why they never made a rotor with a forward compression chamber. this guy has been doing all the thinking with addressing some of the issues that plague the wankel.

heard in the grapevine that Mazda is researching microwave ignition system.

years ago Jacobs Electronics was playing around with this technology.

maybe there's a laser ignition system in the works ?
