I am not a motorcycle person so forgive my ignorance...why did you not go with the super moto type bike instead of a road bike and a trail bike? Wouldn't the super moto type bike be the best of both worlds? I know I have seen a few on our roads already.

Im no biker either but the Chairman is, the concours is for supervisors and is basically a police bike, an the tall trail is more for response. Dunno his reasons either

As far as i know they only use Yamaha's

Yamaha FJR1300 to be specific, never seen a busa yet.

X5M not looking different at all..
compared to the regular X5's with the M packages.

M3 is sweet...but way overpriced.
