once it was previously registered it can be re-registered if it was a salvage etc.
Nothing is amiss here.

I have a galant i trying to bring back...it was off the road since about 2003. Would it have to be re-registered or could i use the old plates? I wondering about how long the car has to be off the road for re-registering to be necessary.
