How ANSA reach 37000 US?
Yet people will rush and buy it.
Rofl...yeah from $0. they can go on pin.tt and advertise them for $1,000. in 10 years.greggle71 wrote:I see the government has removed all duties on lithium batteries, this could actually boost resale values on EVs 8-10 years down the road
Decent move
Finally someone who makes sense.PariaMan wrote:This is a small engine vehicle less than 1.6 cc in engine size
Even taxes can not account for such a huge markup
Remember, ANSA will, as a dealer, be paying less than these prices.
Our eyes are being juked out.
Think about it: that's a 300% price increase for the entry level of the customer price after taxes in India.
If we assume that it's the fully loaded model, that's still a 200% price increase. Remember , ANSA will be getting these at a lower cost.
I hear Mazda having a huge recall currently, hope it doesn't affect.... Yours....Tezzadude wrote:Finally someone who makes sense.PariaMan wrote:This is a small engine vehicle less than 1.6 cc in engine size

nothing but positive stuff so far from mine and others ive talked to, at least from the BYDs. emas 7 also so far so good (its the same car as geely ex5, which is considered pretty top quality). haven't talked to anyone about the others
The tank and your CX 5 are not within the same class of vehicles. What maths are you looking for?Tezzadude wrote:i_code_and_stuff wrote:Tezzadude wrote:How's the Haval, BYD, MG, Proton and KGM vehicles treating you all lately? Fella, I glad for you. Which particular model you driving? I saw a Tank 300 and ask the driver how much for it and he say 450 I think as it was noisy since it had the usual hard pong nissan driver in the other lane playing one set ah ghetto thug sheit music. But this tank thing looking real proper. It might be more reliable than a Jeep Wrangler for all you know lol. I definitely won't mind that if I was going Chinese but it's a whole $100k more expensive than my car. The math's really not mathsin in this country.

You think the avg new car buyer does read the brochure? All them looking for is a deal. Both are marketed as "SUV"s. One is 365k with bose (probably even less now that a new one is coming out) and the Chinese tank is closer to 500k based on my search.Dizzy28 wrote:The tank and your CX 5 are not within the same class of vehicles. I had to Google it. Lol. Seems like a Chinese version of the tesla model s and lucid air. Probably even up there with the audi etron and porsche taycan at a fraction of the cost with amazing battery technology. Good for you! I hope your experience goes well.i_code_and_stuff wrote:Tezzadude wrote:i_code_and_stuff wrote:Tezzadude wrote:How's the Haval, BYD, MG, Proton and KGM vehicles treating you all lately? personally i drive the Seal - it's best car i ever drove, and never having to go back to a gas station has been a godsend.
i agree on the price concerns for local EVs - i fought the dealerships over that, because it really is ridiculous. didn't really end up paying showroom price, but it was still too much considering no taxes on these. but everyone is different - personally i had a very strict set of criteria for the kind of car i wanted, of which battery warranty was at the top of the list, thus roro wasn't an option for me.
but i've been consuming EV content almost nonstop for a while now, and interestingly enough the chinese automotive scene is so far ahead of everywhere else it's not even funny. TT would be so much better off if these rats (local dealerships) actually priced the cars reasonably
The laat Chinese Ambassador in TT has said we are buying cheap cars for a lot of money.i_code_and_stuff wrote:Tezzadude wrote:i_code_and_stuff wrote:Tezzadude wrote:How's the Haval, BYD, MG, Proton and KGM vehicles treating you all lately?
