So when it comes to qg the blacktops are cable type throttle and the silvertops are e-throttle. The silvertops comes with cvtc or continuous variable cam timing control, using pressurized oil the timing advances or retards depending upon the engines rpm for optimum performance and efficiency. I have a qg15 e-throttle 5fwd gearbox in my y11 ad and I raced a y10 wingroad qg15 blacktop 5fwd box too and I hit him some serious gap sauce lol.. And yes, both engines are twin cams.
