Nissan prairie automatic sliding door makes grinding noise

Good evening everyone, the automatic sliding door on my 2004 Nissan Prairie makes a loud grinding noise when opening. Any idea what might be the possible cause and what I can do about it? Your kind advise would be much appreciated.
