My y12 not starting but i notice there isnt no check light coming on as well .....the light is normally there ....also the fan comes on weather hot or cold without ac i changed the fuse/relay box in the bonnet already ...any points ....thanks

Check the fuses at the battery terminal + . These are usually the culprit. Ecm needs power check the main power to ecm if there isnt any then its fuse or relay .. if there is power then check the in house fuses .. that should sort it out
