Tiida power loss

Getting a power loss. When I'm driving with AC off I don't really get it. It's more prominent with AC on from llow speeds or a dead stop. Feels like a hesitation on first and second gear as soon as they engage. Feels nothing at higher speeds. Kick down is practically non existent when it happens. Did a tune up. Changed plugs. No codes. Any helps appreciated...
