Nissan E25 Caravan 2009 problem

Hey guys. I have a Nissan E25 Caravan with a ZD30 turbo engine and it is losing power. The vehicle is also white smoking. I don't think its a dpf problem. I need a mechanic to sort this out. Someone who has experience with he problem. Can you all recommend someone?
