Engine idle problem! Help please

Tuners have an A33 Cefiro....v6.....when the engine cold in the morning and I start it stutters and jump and the idle does not remain steady it drops when this happens.
The idle is set correctly.... The spark plugs are good......the coilpacks are good.... The tps is good (throttle positioning sensor)....
Any ideas what can be this problem?? Could it be the throttle body needs servicing or a sensor is bad??
ONCE I REV IT UP AND ENGINE BECOMES HOT IT DOES BOT HAPPEN!
