Either rebuild the engine or change it

I used a can of Restore in an almera qg16 recently, it prolonged the engine life enough for me to put things in place so i could change the engine
Try it, its only 60$

Change d tappet cover. It hav a lil rubber seal that vents crankcase pressure to the intake. Wen dat seal gone it duz smoke once in a while and d car duz lose power. Jus change the cover an u good 2 go cuz nothing wrong with the engine. I had this same problem with my b14 engine.

i think he meant the PCV valve. (Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve) maybe you should to a cylinder head pressure test and a leak down test.

White is typically coolant leaking from the head or the modulator valve from the transmission leaking and feeding transmission fluid to the intake.

this seal i talking about duz vent out tru d pcv valve. As u take off d cover u will see it. Its a rectangular shaped seal about an inch long and its about $25
