LF: Y12 front bumper left fog finisher and tow hook cover

Can any one tell me where I can get these items?

Most likely places in the Bamboo will sell you an entire front bumper just for those two items.
You can try ordering from Amayama.com, jp-carparts.com or Massey/Motorist.

My left fog finisher is slightly damaged, but it's not of any importance right now for me to order one.
