No Brakes on my B13

I have a B13, since bought it the brakes have been terrible I change the front callipers and rotors to B14 air cooled ones. I change the master cylinder to 7/8 bore. I changed the booster to a bigger single diaphragm. I change the flexible line in front and one in the back. I get massive pressure from the front and ok pressure in the back. Any suggestions ?
