Urgent Help Need With Electrical issue with B13

I have an intermittent electrical issue that my Temp Gauge goes all the way up, the radio cuts off the AC cuts off I hear the Carburetor solenoid clicking, and other relays then the car dies. I check all the fuses and relays just for information this start after my bro jump started it with another battery i wasn't there but i think that the cause but I doh know what it has damage or effected because sometime the car runs like normal, Help Plz
