WTK-TEANA VG23 TRANSMISSION PROBLEM

Does anyone know where in the east /west corridor check transmission, it works fine but after about 20 mins when you pulling off the car pulls off slow but the rpm keeps going up and the vehicle takes off very slowly. ...any help would be appreciated
