wtk info about y12 shocks

So i have a y12 wingroad and looking to change the rear shocks but im getting conflicting info from different auto parts stores.

Some saying the y12 and tiida uses the same shocks, others saying its different.

Can anyone shed some light on this..both tiida and y12 use the same shocks or not? I googled it but no info

What about the springs? the rear springs of the tiida sedan is the same for the y12?

Not sure about the spring, but the shock and spring are independent ( they are separate)
