Speedo Stuck on Almera

My foreign used Almera from Singapore,speedometer is not moving(stuck on @ 25km/h) but everything else is working on the instrument panel. Has anyone ever experienced this. As far as I know its an electronic speedometer. Am I wrong? Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

I had the same problem mine stuck at 3/4 mark , i brought a instrument panel and the problem remain the same . However their is and electrician in the Bamboo in the road opposite R O C by the name of Shane and Rohan Auto Electrical they solve the problem for me.
