P11 Manual Swap questions

I am converting my P11 to manual, i need some help.
I got a SR18 gearbox with the fins on the front, it is hydro with top mount. What back mount bracket do I need to use?
The B14 or i need to get a manual P11 bracket?
My gearbox does not have that point to stabilize, that is in the pic below.
And I realize the p11 bracket does not carry the two holes for 10 or 12 bolts to stabilize shifter like b14 does.
can someone point me in the right direction.
Also can the p10 shifter linkages work on p11?
