Good-day,
I am having a problem with my Nissan Wingroad Y11 Biglight model........I took off my OEM rotors to have them shaved because I beleived they were warped as I was receiving a very bad shim on my steering at high speed on applying brakes. Now I got the rotors back and returned them to my suspension. I tightened all the knots and screws, then I took the car for a test drive.

On applying brakes at lets say 70 km the car slows down without the former shim on the steering but there is now a rough noise when slowing down, also there is a slight cling noise as though metal loose I hear the cling noise even when i mash the brakes at stand still

Anyone help me

NO! it won't damage the rotors, atleast not that quickly, if the rotors were badly warped u should change the pads. The pads are softer than the rotor NOT the other way around. You can use the pads still, once they have reasonable amt of life, it will just have to get bed in to the shaved rotors smooth surface once again, this will happen after using for some time, maybe after a few days, depending on how much u drive and use brakes, then the noise will stop and the brakes will work fine.

^^Switch rotors first before spending money on pads i.e L to R & R to L.
