Hey guys, i got rid of my Pulsar, i have a P11 now, i want to convert it to manual. My concern is the shifter and linkage, can anyone tell me if the B14 or B13 shifter and linkage can work?

b14 will work i am not too sure about the b13 but i think it should. I am using a b14 shifter on my p11 works excellent

No it can't work! the b13/14 shifter is the same, it is shorter than the P11 in length and the bracket for bolting on the gearbox bracket is different.

^ actually it's the P11 shifter that is shorter, and the bracket is longer
P11 on the left, B14 on the right, P11 shifter bolting point is further back on the bracket than the B14, so the shifter would be shorter.
