OIL for Roller Rocker SR20

Hey guys can you tell me which oil you guys recommend for a Roller Rocker SR20? Well grade that is. some people telling me 10-30 some saying 20-50. Which to use?

Am i missing something, did i ask a messed up question? I read the Optimizing your sr20 sticky, just wanted some other opinions. It is always a heated argument here pertaining to which oil to use in Older SR engines, Roller Rockers and SR20VEs. Because here the nissan is not that popular in performance world, so i am just asking since trinidad is the capital of nissan, just asking what are you personal views when it comes to oil and sr20 motors.

So i not asking no body to spoon feed me. If you got a problem expressing your views or answering a simple question, forget it.

No need to get emotional bro, there are trillions of oil threads out there, do a search, and pick an oil that best suits your needs, if you have a grocery getter, there is an oil suited for that, if you have a modified motor, there is also an application for that, it all depends on the state of your motor and driving style.

, thanks bro, see that helps, it is a daily driver, which is ruffed up on few occasions, not a track or race machine, motor is stock, can count times on one hand engine saw rev limiter.
