P11 Primera Rear Disc Conversion

I want to change out my rear end from drum brakes to dic brakes on my P11 primera.Need some advice,do I need to change anything else beside the rear end and if the same master cylinder and brake fuel valve will work properly and if this is a good idea?

u need the hand brake cables and the flexible brake lines from the disk setup.

what "brake fuel valve" would u be speaking of?

that is the located on the firewall of the car.All the brake lines are connected to it.

ABS distribution block most likely. you will need to changeout this to a 4-wheel ABS block. or you can condemn the ABS....your choice (would not recommend this tho)

master cylinder should work...and krack korn is right....you need the handbrake setup for the rear discs.

all above is correct but disc brakes does not hold too well in wet wether p11 ,b15 your choice

awesomeandre, your handbrake is also termed your emergency brake (e-brake). it uses an entirely different system (cable) to apply your brakes in case the hydraulic system fails.

well a friend of mine is telling me that the cable is also used as an adjuster for the brakes

like when engaged it will self adjust the brakes just like how the drum set up works
