thanks alot to all the advice on the radiator fan issue. I know i didnt reply in a while but thanks all the same...no onto the issue at hand. I start my car, the engine tumbles, shudders as if it wants to cut off, then it idles normally and then after like 5 sec the idling fluctuates it goes from normal to low to very low to the point where it cuts off. When im driving the car, it driving good no problems UNTIL i decelerate to stop or to properly navigate a corner, the car cuts off, i then put the car into park, restart and i good until a next traffic light, car or corner. Its not the gas pump i checked, im like totally out of ideas to what it could be! its either the airflow sensor throttle body sensor or some electrical thingie PLEASE HELP!! Thanks in advance

sounds like MAF sensor. Got this exact issue already with primera. Check to see if it is getting current/try cleaning it with a non-residue electrical spray, or else you may need to replace it.

  i feel like a blooming idiot. Thanks for the advice Flatline and for the effort maserati. Do you think that my throttle body needs cleaning as well? and if after the initial cleaning of the sensor the problem still persists, what else can it be and how much does a new MAF sensor costs and where can i get one?

Is that a new engine install or engine came with the car. If it is a new install, sometimes the electrician does not connect all of the idle solenoids.

If that is ok, clean throttle body, then idle air control valve. These can be some of your problems. You can idle up the car a bit to get it running before you get chance to clean these items. There is a screw just where the idle air control valve is on the left hand side of the air intake manifold, turn anti-clockwise until idle comes up to 800-1000 RPM.

Check for vacuum leaks as well and also check the TPS voltage. Any loose vacuum hoses will cause the said problem.

I recently serviced the car you know the usual, cleaned the throttle body Amsol foam spray and cleaned the injectors and raised the idling to 900rpm. So far i havent had any problems, it has not cut off since, my only little quirk is after lets say an hour of driving the ideling fluctuates between 700 and 900rpm any reason why this is happening? And if by chance its a sensor problem where can i get a new one and how much does it cost? Besides that the car flyin!!! thanks again for the help fellas
