qg18 comes with e throttle?
what gains can i expect using a ga gearbox on a qg engine?

The qg18. Comes with vct?
What parts on the qg18 are different from that of the qg15?
Coilpack and stuff can be interchanged?
QG wrote:Brando reason why it would be hard to get is because QG engines from 2003 model do not have EGR valves. You need to check old garages that sells the older QG engines to solve your problem.

I'm assuming ur problem occurred after changing belts, water pump and power steering pump. What you could do is remove the belts and check all the pulleys (power steering pump, water pump, idler, alternator). Turn them by hand and observe any weird sound or feel.
If all is well with those, that leaves ur crankshaft and ac compressor to speculate on. You may not be able to turn those two manually though.

You can open it to some extent from the valve itself. I would spray crc throttle body cleaner gently into the throttle.
