Y12 transmission issue!!!! HELP

Hello good night

I am experiencing a problem with my transmission for my Y12 wingroad wagon.

When I engage to reverse gear it taking about 5 seconds for the gear to engage.
But when the car starts on morning ( oil cold) it work perfectly.

i changed the transmission oil ( matic j) about 15km.

I started to experience this problem about 1 month ago.
I even drain the oil and the problem still exist.

Any advice or any treatment I should purchase

Good morning I had the same problem about 2 years ago and I can tell you it's only going to get worst until till you replace or rebuild your transmission
I got my transmission rebuilt my a professional garage which was the at the time more cost effect and get a reasonable amount of warranty with a rebuild
