P11 no start

I have a p11 Primera, as of lately I am experiencing a no start problem, dash lights come on but does nothing when I turn the key, starter was serviced a month earlier and starter relay replaced. Same problem exist, and help will be appreciated.

Maybe it is time to change the starter.
