i wah build a air intake like this for my ga15 carb it possible to use the same honda hat?

But I know people usually bend out a piece of pipe and use one of those intercooler elbows and a hose clip and it works pretty good. My neighbor has one on his b12 with a ga15 with box and it's louddddd and deep sounding. The car sounds like a fast car

honda hat meaning the lil black box ...ontop of the carb then add a piece of chrome piping....with a cone filter...instead of putting an elbow...i want something looking more uniform..dont really like how the elbow is look

never experimented with those before, but the best thing is to flare out a piece of pipe

it legal to drive with out a bonnet ??...wanna send mine to cut
and btw i lookn for a scoop like this juss to keep engine temps down..
and put a filter directly infront it...with piping str8 to the carb..
wll it make a diff? in performance?..

Also if you drive without a bonnet, most likely you will be driving without a battery and some engine parts soon after...

Man just raise the back of the bonnet. I did that with the vvl and temps were a bit lower on idle.it looks real hard too. I just used some longer bolts and a couple washers from du more. Costed like30$ for the entire thing.
