Well they should should get the throttle body tomorrow so if that doesn't work i'll advise them to do a full service like BIG Z suggested.

it could be the step up motor,i had dat same problem wit my 4g92 sohc, and i changed it and the whole throttle body, but still wasnt workin, den d company in japan told me dat i will have to change d step up motor and ecu because of d lenght of time it wasnt workin it fooled d brain,d only other option u have if u dont get it to work is to put a choke on d X pedal ,dat way wen u start d car u can pull it so d car idles until it is warmed ,once d car is warmed up and u put down the choke it will idle normal.
