Where to source LED Flasher Relay locally?

Looking for a 3-pin flasher unit meant for LED lights. Prefer to source it locally.

Switched to LED indicators (turn signals)... Due to the lower current draw, the system flashes fast...

Already bought the load resistors to mimic the load of real bulbs, but that defeats the whole purpose of buying the LED lights...
