Type of car, the sequence is dependent on the type of vehicle.

I have a diagnostic scanner if you wanna link up and clear it. That's provided there isn't an inherent issue that's causing it to be there. Central area btw.

I know many ppl who got that blinking airbag light and it was the spiral cable. Your horn doesn't work either rite? Turn the steering all the way to the left or right and try the horn. If it works then it's definitely your spiral cable.

Tiida and y12's have that inherent problem. It's your spiral bro. Your horn will go shortly. Changed quite a few in these vehicles. Even if they clear the code it comes back when the steering is locked all to one side. Good news is that massy knows about the problem and they usually keep stock and they have it reasonably priced.

That's interesting information about the spiral cable. Will keep that in mind.

I came across some literature some years ago when I had the same problem with an Almera.
Apparently there's an issue when you adjust the driver's seat with your seatbelt buckled while the engine is engaged that triggers the airbag error light. I did the reset procedure as in the video and it worked.
